Mental Health Team Raise Funds for Neighbourhood Welfare Middlesbrough
Posted on: December 21st, 2021
Our Mental Health team here at Cygnet Law have been busy raising money for Neighbourhood Welfare Middlesbrough. This is an amazing Charity ran by Susan Gill to support those who are homeless around Teesside. The aim of the Mental Health Team was to raise enough money to assist Gill in housing the homeless this Christmas.
On Sunday 5 December the Mental Health Team walked 9 Miles from our offices in Redcar to the Neighbourhood Welfare Hub in Middlesbrough. The Team received very generous sponsors from
M & LK Communications, Shane Hardy Tiling and the staff at British Steel, Redcar. We are all very proud of what were a very cold and soggy Rebecca, Susannah and Alex!
The team also reached out to a number of local businesses and secured some amazing prizes for the raffle. Thank you to all of the local businesses who donated and helped us to surpass our target of £600, raising £795 which was kindly rounded up to £1000 by the Directors of Cygnet Law. We hope that this goes some way to giving everyone something special this Christmas.
Merry Christmas from all of the Team at Cygnet Law and thank you for your continued support during these unprecedented times.
