Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and chose to specialise in Mental Health, Court of Protection and Community Care law. Sarah has gained a wealth of experience representing vulnerable adults and their families. Sarah regularly appears in the Court of Protection in relation to matters concerning deprivation of liberty, residence, care, contact and sexual relations. In addition to this Sarah represents public bodies including Local Authorities within the region as well as professional advocates within Court proceedings.
Sarah delivers regular training in all areas of her specialism and has designed numerous training courses which have been delivered successfully. Sarah is an accredited member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel which acknowledges her expertise in relation to this area of law. Sarah is a regular visitor to Mental Health Hospitals and Care Homes to attend meetings and provide advice and representation where required.Meet the rest of our team >
